VIRGINIA TECH EVENTS

Throughout the year, AUVSI at Virginia Tech coordinates several workshops, speaker events, and flying session on the Blacksburg Campus. We provide multiple opportunities for experiential learning through our workshops. Our workshops are structured so that students run through the entire build, setup, and flight phase of multi-rotor and fixed wing drones. Free for all to attend, these events are created to cater towards those who want to expand their knowledge of robotics and autonomy - even in more advanced fields such as machine learning. In addition, AUVSI at Virginia Tech also coordinates many other events with partner organizations (such as the Drone Racing Team) to provide students with fun and engaging events throughout the year.
